The IT company Andersen invites a L&D Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities
– Support the development and administration of the corporate LMS.
– Implement new tools and solutions in the learning process.
– Maintain and update competency matrices together with stakeholders.
– Prepare and communicate updates for the corporate portal and Corporate Digest.
– Design and launch new courses, training plans, learning tracks, and schools.
– Support training groups and coordinate learning activities.
– Deliver selected training sessions when needed.
Requirements
– Experience in Learning and Development, education, or training coordination.
– Practical experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
– Understanding of learning methodology, adult learning principles, and instructional design basics.
– Experience in creating or coordinating courses, training plans, or structured development tracks.
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a changing environment.
– Experience in training delivery will be an advantage.
– English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher.
Desired skills
– Trainer or facilitator certifications.
– Experience implementing LMS or working with e-learning tools (iSpring, Articulate, etc.).
– Understanding of managerial competencies specifically in the IT sector.
