Andersen is hiring an Oracle Implementation Lead to drive Oracle ERP implementation projects and deliver enterprise technology solutions.

The main task is focused on delivering Oracle ERP implementation initiatives, covering the full lifecycle from discovery and solution design to go-live and post-launch support. It includes aligning business requirements with technology solutions and ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or NetSuite implementations.
- Leading discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Managing project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and change requests across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Defining and governing delivery methodology (AIM, OUM, Agile/hybrid) appropriate to each engagement.
- Serving as the primary client-facing lead – build trust, manage expectations, and drive executive alignment.
- Facilitating workshops with business owners, process owners, and IT stakeholders.
- Translating business requirements into functional Oracle specifications and ensuring traceability.
- Proactively identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within active accounts.
- Leading and mentoring cross-functional delivery teams (functional consultants, developers, testers, change managers).
- Coordinating with offshore/nearshore teams to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Conducting structured handovers and ensuring documentation completeness at each phase gate.
- Contributing to pre-sales: respond to RFPs, create estimates, participate in client presentations.
- Developing reusable delivery assets: templates, playbooks, accelerators for Oracle engagements.
- Staying current on Oracle product roadmaps (Fusion Cloud, NetSuite) and sharing insights with the practice.
Requirements
- Hands-on Oracle ERP implementation experience (Fusion Cloud ERP and/or NetSuite) for 5+ years.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud or NetSuite certifications.
- Strong functional knowledge across at least two modules: Financials, Procurement, SCM, Projects, or HCM.
- Demonstrated experience as project lead or engagement manager on full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Proficiency in structured delivery frameworks (OUM, AIM, Prince2, PMI) and Agile delivery practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (executive to operational level).
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
- Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and financial management of delivery activities.
- Solid understanding of project management including various methodologies and tools.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Experience in MENA, Africa, or emerging market implementations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third-party integration patterns.
- Exposure to ERP-adjacent platforms: Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, SuiteAnalytics.
- Arabic, French, or other regional language skills.
