Andersen is hiring an AI Automation Engineer for a project driving AI-powered automation and improving HR technologies and operational efficiency.
The customer is an international mobility service provider offering a peer-to-peer model that allows users to negotiate travel conditions directly within the app. With a large global user base and operations spanning numerous cities worldwide, the organization is recognized for its focus on flexibility, accessibility, and the adaptation of its platform to diverse market environments.
The project is focused on accelerating AI-driven automation across HR processes and systems. It includes enhancing HR technologies, integrations, and people analytics solutions to improve efficiency and optimize HR operations globally.
Responsibilities
- Runing discovery sessions with HR function stakeholders: recruiting, onboarding, ops, helpdesk, comp & benefits, people analytics.
- Mapping current-state processes (as-is), identifying pain points and bottlenecks.
- Assessing automation ROI per process, prioritizing the backlog.
- Designing automation architecture: tool selection, integration approach, LLM strategy.
- Developing hands-on solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and workflow tools (n8n, Make, or similar).
- Building integrations with HRIS and adjacent systems (ATS, LMS, ticketing, communication tools).
- Writing prompts, configure RAG pipelines, work with LLM provider APIs.
- Shipping working solutions — not prototypes: including testing, rollout, and handover documentation.
- Preparing technical and end-user documentation for internal team handover.
- Coaching internal team members to ensure sustainability after contract ends.
Requirements
- Experience in AI automation engineering, software engineering, or automation development for 5+ years.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source): prompting, RAG, agent loops for 2+ years.
- Proven track record of independently building automations end-to-end - from discovery to production.
- Practical experience with workflow tools: n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or equivalents
- Proficiency in Python.
- Ability to work directly with non-technical HR stakeholders - translating business pain into technical solutions.
- High autonomy: ability to own and drive tasks without constant management oversight.
- Experience with gathering requirements and investigation.
- Proven experience in HR or enterprise process automation.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Prior work with HRIS platforms, ATS, or LMS.
- Exposure to multi-country / multi-language HR contexts.
