Software Development Engineer in Test

Andersen is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test for a project modernizing a digital platform and ensuring quality, scalability, and reliable system performance.

The project is focused on modernizing a real estate management platform to improve scalability, performance, and user experience. It includes enhancing existing functionality and implementing modern technologies to support future business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Working across multiple technology stacks and test automation frameworks to design, develop, and improve quality solutions.
• Researching, evaluating, and adopting new technologies, tools, and engineering practices.
• Taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring high-quality outcomes through personal accountability.
• Collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Driving innovation through experimentation, prototyping, and continuous improvement of development and testing approaches.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of scalable, efficient, and maintainable automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with architecting automation test platforms for 4+ years.
• Experience with architecting and implementing development pipelines (CI/CD) for 4+ years.
• Experience with web based and API based automation tool sets, such as REST Assured, Java, Spring boot environment experience.
• Solid experience in devising test strategies and processes.
• Strong proven experience in delivering software solutions in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with crafting and using Virtual / Mock assets.
• Proficient development skillset within the following: Java, JavaScript, Jenkins, uDeploy.
• Passionate about crafting the best end-to-end customer experience.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience.
