DevOps Engineer (Oracle/OCI)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Oracle/OCI) for a project developing AI-powered customer service solutions and building reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure.

The customer is a well-established company operating in the financial services sector, providing a wide range of solutions for individual and corporate clients. With many years of industry experience, the organization focuses on delivering reliable, customer-centric services while continuously improving operational efficiency and digital capabilities. The company is undergoing ongoing modernization initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, streamlining business processes, and supporting long-term growth through technology-driven innovation.

The project is focused on developing a multi-channel AI assistant for motor insurance services, enabling customers to manage policies, track claims, retrieve documents, and access intelligent support through conversational interfaces. It includes AI-powered knowledge retrieval, automation capabilities, and integration with digital customer service channels.

Responsibilities

• Setting up Phase 1 infrastructure and APIs.
• Configuring the OCI environment in me-riyadh-1 and establishing a FastConnect cross-region link.
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions, as well as security and KSA compliance setup.
• Provisioning OCI Generative AI services.
• Supporting active project activities from June to August 2026.

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps for 4+ years.
• Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, including private links and FastConnect.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with KSA data residency requirements, PDPL, and SAMA regulations.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API setup and configuration.
• Experience with OCI Generative AI provisioning.
