Project Manager (EU)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Project Manager in the EU for a project developing digital healthcare solutions and driving delivery of innovative, data-driven platforms.

The customer is an international technology company that develops software solutions for operational optimization, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Its products help organizations improve efficiency, automate business processes, and solve complex operational challenges. The company serves clients across various industries and focuses on innovation, scalability, and long-term business value.

The project is focused on developing a digital healthcare platform that supports care management, clinical workflows, and healthcare system integrations. It aims to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and access to healthcare services through data-driven solutions and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Managing the product backlog, roadmap, and feature priorities to align with business objectives.
• Collaborating with business, technology, and design stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Driving Agile processes, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• Defining, monitoring, and optimizing product KPIs and OKRs.
• Leveraging data-driven insights, analytics, and A/B testing to support product decisions and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, healthcare standards, and other relevant requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in project management for 4+ years.
• Experience in Healthcare domain.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience using Figma and Miro for product discovery and collaboration.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven products, tools, or solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
