Andersen is hiring a Scrum Master for a project building a next-generation digital platform and supporting agile delivery of scalable technology solutions.
The customer is an international software company that develops specialized business solutions for organizations operating in a highly regulated industry. Its products help streamline complex processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and support secure data management. The project is focused on building a next-generation platform for real estate transaction and settlement services. It is a long-term modernization initiative leveraging cloud-native technologies, modern engineering practices, and AI-assisted development tools to deliver scalable and innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Managing teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Focusing on agile processes, process metrics, and team health and management.
- Effectively mediating conflict and helping unblock team members.
- Helping the team prioritize their work so that each sprint is a success and sprint goals are accomplished.
- Working with Azure DevOps Boards / processes and project management tools (Jira can be substituted for Azure DevOps).
- Working with teams developing enterprise software with geographically dispersed members.
Requirements
- Experience managing teams in an Agile or Scrum framework for 3+ years.
- Strong focus on Agile processes, process metrics, and team health and management.
- Proven ability to mediate conflicts and foster collaboration within Agile teams.
- Experience identifying, escalating, and removing blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ability to guide teams in backlog prioritization and sprint planning to maximize delivery outcomes.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, processes, and project management tools (Jira can be substituted for Azure DevOps).
- Experience with teams developing enterprise software with geographically dispersed team members.
- Scrum Alliance (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or project management certifications.
