Business Analyst

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst for a project modernizing enterprise platforms, improving system integration, and optimizing business processes through digital transformation.

The customer is an international organization providing business support and operational services to clients across multiple industries and markets. The company delivers tailored solutions that help organizations coordinate complex activities, optimize service delivery, and improve operational efficiency. Leveraging international expertise and modern digital technologies, it supports customers through scalable solutions designed to address evolving business needs and enhance overall service quality.

The project is focused on developing a unified platform to replace several legacy enterprise systems and modernize global destination management operations. It aims to improve system integration, operational efficiency, and user experience through Agile delivery, strong business analysis, and the use of AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and interviews alongside the Designer and Product Owner.
• Analyzing and documenting AS-IS processes, including undocumented or complex workflows.
• Investigating legacy systems to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
• Designing and modeling TO-BE processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Defining business rules, data flows, and system integration touchpoints.
• Collaborating with developers and architects to validate technical feasibility.
• Refining user stories and preparing clear acceptance criteria.
• Reviewing and validating business logic through iterative product increments.
• Maintaining and updating documentation as requirements and decisions evolve.
• Supporting QA activities, including testing scenario preparation and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Requirements

• Experience as an IT, System, or Business Analyst in complex systems for 3+ years.
• Strong technical understanding SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Strong technical understanding, familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and validate implementation approaches.
• Hands-on experience with conceptual and data modeling, including data structures and flows.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum).
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and analytical workflows (expected to replace at least ~30% of manual work).
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
• Background in tourism, travel, or Destination Management Company (DMC) industry.
