Tomasz Lipowski

Mindfulness Coach & Delivery Manager in IT

Tomasz combines his business experience with the daily practice of open awareness meditation and Saranagati yoga. He studied meditation among Buddhist monks at the Wat Tham Wua temple in Thailand. Since then, every day for him is a conscious work with his mind, thoughts, emotions, and intentions. In his practice, Tomasz explores various yogic traditions, but Theravada Buddhism, Hinduism, and Stoicism are the basis. He simply and clearly shares his experience gained in his mind and soul. In recent years, the coach has been giving meditation classes for companies, individuals, and children, working with the mind across the globe. Tomasz devotes his free time to walking meditation, hiking hundreds of kilometers alone, and retreat organization.
