Refer Talent You Know to Andersen's Team

The referral will be accepted and recorded in the following cases: - If the referred candidate is not in the database when the referral is processed; - If the referred candidate is in the database and has not been contacted by Andersen's recruiters in the 3 months prior to the current referral. An accepted referral is valid for 3 months from the date of receipt. There is no limit to the number of referrals one referrer can submit.

The referral cannot be accepted in the following cases: - If the referred candidate is already an employee of Andersen; - If the referred candidate was in recruitment processing in the 3 months prior to the referral date; - If the candidate was previously referred by another person, and this referral is still valid; - If the referred candidate is a contractor or temporary employee providing services to or working for Andersen; - If the candidate’s data has previously been received from a recruitment agency; - If the candidate refers themselves; - If the candidate has not given his consent to the referral for the processing of personal data.

The use of personal data provided by the referrer is only possible if the recommended candidate is interested in cooperation and has given consent for their personal information to be used by Andersen. Before providing the candidate's personal information, the referrer must obtain their consent.
