Tatsiana Marshyna is an IT specialist with around 10 years of experience in various fields. Throughout her career, she has been a QA Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Scrum Master. Her first degree is in Management, but since she is passionate about caring for people, their well-being, and mental health, she earned another degree in Psychology and has been certified as a Gestalt therapist. Tatsiana loves uniting management and psychology and resolving managerial issues and challenges from a psychological perspective.
