About the speaker
Yuliya’s career as an IT sourcer in the trainee department began in 2024 with a traineeship. After successfully completing it, she focused on candidate sourcing across Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and several European countries, including Poland, Hungary, Serbia, and Romania. Yuliya also provided mentorship to trainees and newly hired sourcers. Her current responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, monitoring candidate search platforms, communicating with representatives of job websites, and providing mentorship. At present, she holds the position of Lead Sourcer and manages a team of 10 specialists.
