About the event

The near impossibility of avoiding communication makes the skill of interaction critically important in any competitive environment – whether it's the labor market, a work team, or a conference. As everyone encounters interviews, it's essential to know about their particular style of negotiation. Successfully conducted negotiations help in achieving goals, and in the case of an interview, this means an interviewer expanding their team and an interviewee receiving an offer. The key point to understand is that it’s a skill, not a talent, and therefore, anyone can develop it.

The event will be interesting for:

Developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, system administrators, architects, HR professionals, recruiters, as well as anyone looking to boost their confidence in the interview process, learn to objectively assess their skills, and better understand what is important for successfully passing technical interviews.

About the speaker

Anton has seven years of experience in B2B sales, ten years in development, and over eight years of collaboration with Andersen. Depending on client needs, he takes on the role of Principal Developer or Lead Developer. Being an accomplished expert in his field, Anton has developed an iOS intensive program and has trained five groups. Alongside the intensive, he provides mentorship and technical consultations to developers and management upon request. He prepares training materials for the company, including presentations on conducting interviews and task evaluations. Anton designed a competency framework and an iOS developer competency matrix used for assessments to determine specialist levels (Junior – Senior). He has participated in hundreds of technical interviews on both sides of the process: as an interviewer and a candidate. Our speaker also created a presales evaluation framework used within the company and has acted as a technical consultant in client negotiations. He developed a resource management concept that was later implemented in the company's Resource Management Institute. As a Senior Resource Manager, Anton oversees employees throughout their entire engagement with the company, managing the iOS department and part of the Android division.
